Anonymise the manuscript, including acknowledgements and repository links. Submissions that identify their authors are returned before review.

Prepare
Use the congress template. Remove author names, affiliations and identifying links.

Register the abstract
Title, abstract and track by 15 September 2026. Editing stays open until the paper deadline.

Upload
Submit the PDF by 30 November 2026. Supplementary material up to 100 MB is accepted.

Respond
Reviews are released with the acceptance notice. Authors have five days to respond before the committee meets.
Questions
Can I present online?
Yes. Online presenters appear in the same session as in-person authors, on the room screen, and take questions in the same queue. Choose the online mode at registration.
Is the abstract deadline extended?
No. Deadlines close at 23:59 anywhere on earth and are not extended for individuals. If the committee moves a date it applies to every author and is announced on this site.
Are proceedings indexed?
Accepted full papers appear in the open-access proceedings with a DOI, indexed in Scopus and Google Scholar within roughly eight weeks of the congress.
Do you support visa applications?
The secretariat issues invitation and visa support letters after registration is paid. Allow eight weeks; letters are not issued before payment.
Is there support for early-career delegates?
Thirty bursaries covering registration and four nights of accommodation are awarded on the basis of abstract score and need. Applications close with the abstract deadline.
